Accuserver Business Management System consists of 15 (fifteen) Main Modules
	ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE - calculates and organizes money sorted by a client to pay at a later date for goods purchased or services used.
	ACCOUNTS PAYABLE - calculates money that a business owes to a supplier.
	PAYROLL - with automatic check printing and Magnetic Card reader for employee ID Cards.
	GENERAL LEDGER is the core of your company's financial records. These constitute the central "books" of your system, and every transaction flows through the general ledger. These records remain as a permanent track of the history of all financial transactions since day one of the life of your company.
	INVENTORY - the value of a firm's current assets including raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods.
	TIME CLOCK - with attached USB Magnetic Card reader. Employees simply swipe their cards, and data automatically goes directly to the Payroll system recording all Ins and Outs thoughout the day.
	OFFICE - with its own Word Processor, fully integrated Email Server, tools for e-mail broadcasting, birthday and appointment reminders, unlimited PO3 e-mail accounts, Intra-office Messaging system and many more features.
	RECALLS - with any kind of reminders, including birthdays, holidays, special events, sales, mass e-mailing, meeting calls, broadcasting, and more.
	ALERTS - with many customizable parameters, such as payment delays, daily, weekly or monthly statements, and more.
	BANKS - where the company manages all its bank accounts, keeps all records of transactions, issued cheks, and deposits received money.
	LIVE SUPPORT Accuserver - has LiveHuman™ Instant Messaging System. Users can always ask a question and our tech support staff will provide an instant answer online. Most problems can be resolved immediately in real time.
	REPORTS with Report Designer for creating very sophisticated customized reports with any possible parameters. All reports can be automatically converted into an easily readable multiplatform PDF format. After conversion into PDF format, reports can be stored on the server for future reference. 	FILE SERVER Accuserver has its own file server where you can store all kinds of documents, pictures, e-mails, archives etc. secure and safely.
	FIREWALL/PROXY SERVER Accuserver has embedded Proxy Server that acts as a firewall, mediating traffic between a protected network and the Internet. Proxy Server acts as a "go-between" between an organization and the Internet and serves to block any unauthorized activity - outgoing or incoming. Accuserver's Proxy Server acts as a computer on the local network and accesses the Internet on the user's behalf.
	ADMINISTRATIVE PANEL - where the business owner (administrator) can create new users and their profiles, assign user rights, create e-mail accounts, set Internet access limitations, define module access limitations, create employees and their profiles, and more...
