Shipping - terms of delivery
- The System has to be assembled, set up for the particular office and tested for 72 hours prior to delivery.
- In NY-NJ-CT-PA States the System can be delivered by Accuserver’s truck.
- To any other Continental States and Canada the System has to be delivered by either UPS, or FedEx.
- Not available outside of North America.
Distribution
- Direct Sales.
- Through authorized dealers.

Maintenance
- Maintenance contract is recommended.
- Maintenance fee is $149/month*, or $1,595 for one full year, or $4,595 for 3 full years.

Without Maintenance Contract Customer support is available on a pay-per-cal basisl.
Options
- Lease program for 36, 48 or 60 months with $1 buyout option.
* Lease program is available for Professional and Enterprise Packages only
- Online service without buying any equipment is available. Monthly fee is $449. No maintenance fee. Broadband connection is required.
- «Try-and-buy» program. Two months of online service for the entire office (3 licenses). If you decide to buy the system, it will be delivered to your office. All data created during the 2-month trial period will be transferred into the new system.
- Maintenance fee for the trial period is $299/month
Warranty
- 1 (year) for parts and labor for the workstations
- 1 (one) year for parts and labor for the LCD monitors, printer and wireless equipment
- Lifetime warranty for the software
- With paid maintenance contract, customer will get Life Time «No Question®» Server Replacement Program. Once our tech support identifies an insoluble problem with a server, over the phone, the unit will be replaced with a brand new one within 24 hours from the time of the incident
* This program does not apply to the workstations, monitors, wireless equipment and printers.
** No Life Time «No Question®» Server Replacement Program is available without the maintenance contract.
