The System will be delivered to your door completely pre-set specifically for your office. Just unpack the server, workstations, flat screen LCD monitors, a laptop, printer and additional hardware components, connect them, turn them on, and you are in business!!!
Usually, the entire process of assembly and installation takes about 30 minutes.

The server, router and all the main LAN setups are pre-configured exactly for your office and tested in our facility for 72 hours before they are shipped to you. So, the process of installation in your office will be truly plug-n-play.
If your office is located in the states of NY, NJ, CT or PA we can deliver it to your door and setup the whole LAN for you (additional fee applies).
THE MAIN DIFFERENCES OF THE ACCUSERVER - ENTERPRISE PACKAGE:
- You don’t have to have your own LAN in the office; Accuserver® Enterprise Package will have everything you need.
- There is no need to use other professional service for the LAN maintenance and troubleshooting: our team will always be online for you.
- Your Accuserver® Tower and all the other components will be under our warranty.
- Professional LAN Package has Intel® Pentium 4 540 (HT) 3.2GHz processor, 2 (two) 120 GB hard disks and 16x Dual Layer (8.4 GB) DVD-RW drive for backup and archiving.
- The system makes incremental backups every 15 minutes, but for daily backups Accuserver® has an external 120GB hard drive. For monthly archives you can also use Dual Layer (8.4 GB) DVD-RW drive.
- If you want to use a regular wired network, all workstations come with the pre-installed 10/100 Ethernet network cards. You just need to connect them to our Router/Switch with the regular CAT5 cables (these cables are available in many local stores or you can order them from us).
- Accuserver® Enterprise Package has an embedded automatic Timeclock, so the working hours of your employees can be entered into the system by swiping employees' plastic ID cards.
- You can access your server from the outside of your office via the Internet.
- Accuserver® Enterprise Package has 10 (ten) user licenses. We have our specific licensing policy: you will get ten simultaneous connections, rather than ten licenses that belong to the specific workstations. In other words, in your office(s) you can have as many workstations as you want, but only ten of them can be connected to the Accuserver® Management System at the same time.
- Although Accuserver® Enterprise Package has only 10 licenses, this is not a problem for the future of your business, because you can always upgrade your system and buy an unlimited quantity of additional licenses.

- In order to have 24/7 online support, e-mail and to regularly receive automatic updates and upgrades, a broadband Internet connection is required (DSL or Cable)
- In order to accept credit cards, you have to be subscribed to a merchant account with one of the major Credit Card service providers
