Payment Methods
All of our prices are in U.S. Dollars. We accept payment via eCheck, corporate checks, money orders, certified checks and credit cards, specifically PayPal, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Any eBay orders should be paid with PayPal processing service. Every time you make an on-line transaction with us, we transfer all personal information, including name, address and credit card number, over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with 128-bit encryption. With corporate check the order cannot be processed until we clear the check.
Sales Tax
Accuserver is required by law to charge NY sales tax 8.395% on all products.
Credit Authorization and Fraud Prevention
For your protection all orders placed must have a valid approval from one of the accepted credit cards, PayPal or eCheck. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We also reserve the right to take additional fraud protection measures at our discretion and to decline those orders that do not pass those checks for any reason.
To ensure security, some orders may require voice confirmation with our Credit Department prior to shipping. If this is necessary, a representative will call or email you while processing your order. Pricing and availability are subject to change.
Cancellations
Accuserver, Corp. will ship your orders as quickly as possible. This means that we do not 'hold' an order before processing, but all our Accuserver Business Management Systems require a certain time for assembling, setups and testing. Therefore, it is not possible to modify or cancel an order once the order has been placed. Accuserver policy requires customers to pay initial nun-refundable deposit of $500, which, in case of the order cancellation, will be a re-stocking fee and labor coverage for Accuserver’s workers. The initial deposit will be deducted from the price of the complete order. Final charge will be made at the time of the shipping of your order. Email confirmation with the exact charge and shipping date will be send to the customer. When your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic e-mail informing you of the tracking number.
Note:
If you do not receive the order confirmation message within next several hours, check your spam folder in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the confirmation message and click This is Not Spam (AOL), Not Junk (Hotmail), Not Spam (Yahoo), Not Spam (Gmail) or the like, which will allow future messages to get through. |
