«Test Drive» is a program that gives customers 24 hours of real usage of Accuserver Business Management System free of charge. You will be able to create employees, customers/vendors accounts, make transactions, do payroll, issue any sales and purchase orders, send and receive e-mails, work with the word processor and to-do lists, create reminders and records in general ledger. Actually, you can even start a new company!
To qualify for the «Test Drive» Program, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page and we will respond to you within 24 hours with our decision and detailed instructions.
The «Try-and-Buy» Program gives you a two-month trial use of Accuserver® Business Management System from a remote location.
During this trial period you won't work with some limited version of Accuserver. We have our dedicated Internet servers where we will setup for you the full-blown Accuserver® Business Management System. Your company can start working with the new system within 24 hours. You don’t have to worry about security and daily backups, we will take care of these issues.
«Try-and-Buy» Program is a perfect solution for startup companies or for companies that are looking to buy a Business Management System. For a very small fee you can start your business almost instantly without spending thousands of dollars on software and hardware, installation, wiring and setups.
The Trial version of Accuserver has 5 user licenses and one database. Since you will work with the remote version of Accuserver,
you will have a worldwide, 24/7, access to the System.
With Accuserver® Business Management System you can work from Detroit, while your sales person can work on the road from Italy, and the principal of the company can supervise the whole business from his or her vacation home in Miami.
All you need is a broadband Internet connection (cable, DSL, T1) and 5 computers/laptops. We will create 5 users with personal e-mail accounts and specific access rights based on you Company's Principal request. The system will be available for you uninterrupted for two full months starting from the date of the initial setup.
After the trial period, if you decide to buy our system, we will deliver it to your office or you can sign a contract to continue working with Accuserver® Web Service. All data which has been created during
these two months, will be carefully transferred to the new system.
The trial period maintenance fee is $99/month.
